A series consisting of 30 sculptures made out of orange peel. The peeling method has been copied from Louise Bourgeois' father, as re-told by her in an interview. Her father created this penis-equipped little men to mock her as a woman, telling her, that she missed an important piece – the penis – and therefor never could meet his standards.
This work has been commissioned by Swiss author Jessica Jurassica and has found its way on to the cover of her book «Gaslicht», published by Lectorbooks in 2025, while also being used by the publisher and the artist to contextualize the novel.
